WORLDWIDE MARRIAGE ENCOUNTER WEEKEND APPLICATION FORM  for

 Married Couple or Priest

STEP I:
To view and/or print a friendly version of the APPLICATION form either for married couple or for a priest is as follows:

• Click on the sidebar menu item called APPLICATION Form for printing, for either married couple or priest;
  and then,

• click on your printer icon located on your browser's tool bar, usually located at the top of your screen.
   

STEP II:
Locate the appropriate contact name and phone number and/or email address. Click here for list of contacts in your area to confirm weekend dates and locations.  Early registration is strongly encouraged!
 

STEP III:
Complete the printed form and mail to the mailing address received from your local contact along with the APPLICATION fee - $50.00 (CDN) non refundable and weekend date you wish to attend.
